A rather studious Walrus exhorts his soon-to-be oyster meal. From the poem "The Walrus and the Carpenter" in Lewis Carroll's classic: "Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There."
Daily DeviationGiven 2008-11-26Extraordinary artwork based on Alice in Wonderland certainly isn't anything new to DA, but Of Cabbages and Kings... by ~MAD-PROPZ stands out as a pure winner thanks to its fresh anthro take on the tale of the walrus, not to mention the astonishing style, perfect use of greyish colors, & amazing amount of detail. The end result is a truly stunning drawing with a straight-out-of-a-storybook feeling that'd definitely make Lewis Carroll proud! Bravo! (Suggested by *SlyDante and Featured by `skifi) |
